Scents of undergrowth, moss, red fruit ... in a sensory game that evokes autumn. He continues his story with an intriguing vanilla, licorice, coffee, white chocolate, cinnamon, mace flower, cardamom ... the wise choice of his wooden home makes it complex and intriguing.
Taste: powerful, vigorous, long, austere, velvety, ample and satisfying, it manages to balance its powerful structure with a mellow and harmonious tannin.
On the palate the aromas of spices are tactfully awakened in a complex perceptive game

- Production Technique: Traditional red vinification in small oak conical section 100 hl. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast, controlled temperature for about 20 days. Long maceration on the skins for 30 days.
- Aging: Aging: For 2 months in concrete tanks, complete malolactic fermentation in first and second passage French Allier oak barriques for 24 months. 12 months in bottle.
