Whites
The white wines of Abbazia Santa Anastasia offer the best expressions of native varieties such as Zibibbo, Catarratto, and Grillo. Particular attention is also paid to the interpretation of the most elegant international grapes such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, both in purity and in blend.
Reds
The red wines of Abbazia Santa Anastasia, from the classics to the grand Cru, have written the history of the company and of oenology. Continuing the tradition that exalts local indigenous grapes such as Nero d'Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and international grapes such as Syrah, they express the flavour of the territory and the love for authenticity that only nature can give.
