Colour: straw yellow with light greenish hues.
Nose: aromatic, harmonious, persuasive and in an almost infinite game of fruit: citrus, medlar, peach, plum, white mulberry, raisins, apricot but also a floral of jasmine, orange blossom.
Taste: balanced, fresh citrus, aromatic of summer fruit (white peach, plum, medlar) ends in a pleasant and unexpected flavor.
