A long aging (about 6 months in the bottle) enhances its organoleptic expression. Brilliant, straw yellow with almost solar veins. Inebriating emphasis of scents stolen from a territory of which it is a living expression: pink grapefruit, bergamot, green mandarin, mulberry, peach, prickly pear, jasmine, orange blossom. Complex and harmonious taste, slightly salty, tells of his origins overlooking the sea.
Harmonious wine with great personality; stimulating food and wine marriage: dishes based on fish, seafood, tartare crustaceans, raw fish but also white meat and spun and soft cheeses.

Pairings
Colour: brilliant, pale straw yellow with slight greenish shades.
Nose: intense, complex, floral, fruity, with an elegant mineral note, a reminder of his home overlooking the sea.
Unexpected and persuasive in his story in citrus notes gift of our terroir: pink grapefruit, lime, green mandarin, bergamot. He continues his sensory tale with hints of pineapple, passion fruit, plum, acacia honey, medlar, white mulberry ... wine of great olfactory complexity and elegance.
Taste: persistent, long, balanced. It is given with fresh hints of citrus and then closes in softness with a tactile aroma of tropical fruit and honey. It surprises us in the finish with a marine minerality that gives vivacity to our senses.
Service temperature: 9/12C°.
Pairing: elegant wine but with great personality can have food and wine marriages of the imaginative: blue fish, shellfish, seafood, white meat (rabbit, pork, turkey), seasonal vegetables, stretched and soft cheeses (robiola, stracchino).
